CrossFit, Barbell Fury & Advanced
Functional Fitness, Strength training, a 2 hour Advanced CrossFit class
MetFix
Specialized Health & Fitness Training (small groups of 6 or less). Various class times Monday through Friday.
Hyrox
Whether you want to build your capacity for CrossFit, or train for a Hyrox Race, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. 8 visit class passes are available for non-members.
Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
One on one Coaching at a time that works for your schedule, as well as personalized Nutrition Plans.
