Membership Policy

Welcome

Thank you for being a valuable part of our CFSR community! We are a close-knit community where our members and coaches are like family. We have a few policies to ensure an environment where everyone in the community can grow and thrive. Our membership terms are included to help answer our most commonly asked questions regarding membership.

Check-In

Please sign into class on the Wodify app or at the front desk upon entry. Coaches are required to make sure everyone signs in. Please make that part of the job easy, so they can focus on coaching you.

Member Conduct

You are expected to act in a respectful and socially acceptable manner while using the facility and to be mindful of other individuals’ physical and personal space. You may not engage in behavior or conduct that CrossFit San Ramon, in its discretion, considers unruly or inappropriate, including without limitation harassing, badgering, antagonizing, taunting, threatening, abusing, touching, or otherwise acting in an aggressive, unsportsmanlike, indecent or inappropriate manner towards any other member, guest, employee or other individual. CrossFit San Ramon reserves the right to remove you from the facility and/or revoke, cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your membership, and/or notify law enforcement authorities if you engage in any conduct or behavior that CrossFit San Ramon, in its discretion, considers inappropriate, indecent, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise in violation of CrossFit San Ramon Policies.

Membership Details

Automatic renewal is our default setting. I, the client, authorize CrossFit San Ramon to take payments as scheduled in the contract until 14 days after written notice of cancellation of membership.

Limited days per month options do NOT have a rollover privilege. At the end of each membership month all unused sessions will be forfeited.

Family Pricing applies only to the lesser membership.

Declined payment fee is $10. Please keep your payment information up to date.

No Refunds of Memberships: All sales of Memberships are final and non-refundable. Memberships have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-descendible. Sessions may be used only during the term of your membership. If you have any unused Sessions at the time your membership is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

All Membership changes must be sent to [email protected]. Requests will be processed 14 days from the date of the email. If your membership processes during that 14 day period it will take effect on the following month.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. Requests will be processed 14 days from the date of the email request. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the membership month. There are no refunds. If a cancellation request is sent less than 14 days prior to renewal, I, the client, agree to pay for the scheduled renewal.

Membership Lapses and Reactivation

If you choose to cancel your membership at any time or you allow your membership to lapse due to non-payment and return at a later date, you will be subject to any rate increases and payment program changes at the time of re-enrollment plus a $50 reinstatement fee.

Personal Training

Session Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your Session up to twenty-four (24) hours before the Session is due to start. You will be charged for the full cost of the Session if you cancel or reschedule with less than twenty-four (24) hours prior notice or if you fail to show up to your Session. You are not entitled to any refund for or reinstatement of any late-canceled or missed Session.

Late arrival: If you arrive late for your session it will end on the scheduled time.

Expiration of Sessions: All Sessions expire six (6) months after the date of purchase, unless prohibited by law or a different expiration date is expressly stated in writing by CrossFit San Ramon.

Services Rendered by CrossFit San Ramon: Your purchases of any Personal Training Sessions or other private or semi private sessions are the purchase of services to be provided by CrossFit San Ramon, not by any particular trainer or instructor and CrossFit San Ramon reserves the right to change or substitute your trainer or instructor at any time.

Holds

You may request to temporarily suspend (Hold) your membership 1 time per calendar year. Account Holds are a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Holds require 1 week advance notice. A non-refundable Hold Fee will be applied. Hold requests must be sent to [email protected]. Requests will be processed no sooner than 1 week from the date of the request. Email must contain both the start and end dates for the hold. Your membership and corresponding payments will AUTOMATICALLY RESUME ON THE END DATE. No extensions will be granted after the end date.

Medical Holds: In the event of a medically required hold with proof from a qualified professional, you will be able to hold the account for longer periods. No hold fee will apply. Email must contain both the start and end dates for the hold. Your membership and corresponding payments will AUTOMATICALLY RESUME ON THE END DATE.

Retail Purchases and Store Credit

When using CHARGE TO ACCOUNT on our retail purchase sheet, the MINIMUM CHARGE is $24 on a credit card (to keep processing costs down). The portion not used in the purchase will be saved as a store credit for later purchases. When you do not have enough store credit for a purchase, the next $24 will be charged.

All sales will receive a Wodify receipt including cash and store credit. Please double check the receipt if you have questions about the payment method (i.e. Was my card charged?).
